How much do you charge for your services?
There are no upfront costs or fees to you when you opt to work with us. We cover all costs associated with the claims process and we only get paid when your claim is successfully processed, which is only a percentage of the surplus that we are able to recover for you.
How do I start a claim?
We provide all the necessary paperwork you need to fill out and sign to start the claims process. Once that’s done and everything has been notarized, we send it off to our attorney and they take care of the rest.
How soon will I receive my check?
This varies based on the complexity of the case. If there are multiple heirs/beneficiaries, it can lengthen the time it takes for you to receive your check. Our Asset Recovery Advocates will happily answer any questions you have about the status of your claim and can give you a clearer estimate of how long it will take once all the necessary paperwork has been submitted.
Can’t I do this on my own?
Sure you can! It’s your money to claim after all.
